1. Booking and Payment:
a. All bookings must be made through our website or via email or bookings over the phone.
b. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your reservation within 2 days before your scheduled trip.
c. Payments can be made through bank transfer or online payment systems provided on our website.
2. Cancellations and Refunds:
a. In case of cancellation within 2 days before arrival, the 20% deposit is non-refundable.
b. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip will be charged full payment of the total package price. This includes no-shows and changes in number of guests.
c. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the cancellation request is received.
3. Health and Safety:
a. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that they are physically and mentally fit to travel before booking.
b. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip.
c. Belantara Tour & Travel Agency will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, things caused by personal negligence, or illnesses that may occur during the trip.
4. Travel Documents:
a. It is the guest’s responsibility to secure all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates.
b. Failure to provide the necessary documents may result in cancellation of the trip with no refund.
5. Changes and Modifications:
a. Any changes or modifications to your booking must be made at least 3 days before the trip.
b. Changes in itinerary, date, or number of guests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Code of Conduct:
a. We expect all guests to behave respectfully and responsibly during the trip.
b. Any behavior that is disruptive, illegal, or offensive will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the trip with no refund.
c. DiscoverBelantara Tour & Travel Agency reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who poses a threat to the safety and well-being of other guests or our staff.
